How do I request a quotation?
Complete the enquiry or contact us on WhatsApp. Include your departure, destination, dates, passengers and baggage. The team will assess charter options and conditions.
Can I fly to a smaller airfield?
We assess requests to smaller airfields, particularly for tourism in Uganda. Feasibility depends on the aircraft, runway, local conditions and permissions.
Do you arrange international flights?
We assess charter enquiries between Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and DR Congo. Each traveller must plan for entry requirements, and flight permissions are confirmed for the agreed itinerary.
Are the listed aircraft immediately available?
Availability is confirmed when quoting. Aircraft type is proposed according to the route, passengers, baggage and operating conditions. A listed type does not mean an aircraft is immediately available.
Does completing the form book a flight?
The form prepares a quotation enquiry for you to send by email or WhatsApp. Booking takes place after conditions, availability and arrangements are agreed with the team.
